At Avante Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your mobility equipment. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for an eligible item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the exact condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Due to the medical and hygiene nature of products like wheelchairs, rollators, and scooters, we strictly cannot accept returns on any equipment that shows signs of use, wear, or assembly, to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.
To start a return, please reach out to our team to receive a return authorization. Once your returned item is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
