Who we are
This site, avanteshop.com, is run by Avante Shop. You can reach us by phone on (833) 985-1918, Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm ET, and Saturday and Sunday, 9am to 5pm ET.
Your health
We never ask about your health or medical conditions. But what you look at or buy here can say something about your health, or the health of someone you care for. We treat it as private, and we use it only in the ways this page describes.
What we collect and why
When you place an order we collect your name, billing and delivery address, phone number, email address and what you ordered. We use this to take payment, deliver the order, send you emails about it, answer your questions, handle returns and warranty claims, and keep the records the law requires.
When you create an account we keep your name, email address and saved addresses so you can see past orders and check out faster. You can change these on your account page.
When you sign up for news in the footer, or tick “Email me helpful guides and occasional offers” when you order or create an account, we add your email address and first name to our email service, Kit, so we can send you guides and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
When you order or create an account without ticking that box, we still keep a record in Kit of your name, email address, state, and which products and categories you bought, so we understand what our customers need. That record is marked so that it cannot receive marketing email. We will only email you offers if you tick the box.
When you browse we collect information about how the site is used: which pages you visit, what you click, how you arrived, and your approximate location worked out from your internet address. Our servers also keep standard logs for security.
Session recording
To see where the site is hard to use, we record how visitors move through its pages: scrolling, clicks and what is shown on screen. This is done by our analytics provider, Amplitude.
What you type into forms, such as your name, address, email or phone number, is hidden before anything is recorded. We tested this ourselves. Card details are entered in Stripe’s secure payment field, which is separate from our pages, so they are never recorded.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar storage to:
- keep your cart and keep you signed in (WooCommerce and WordPress);
- remember your text-size choice;
- record how you arrived at the site, such as from a search or an advert, so it can be attached to an order (WooCommerce);
- measure how the site is used and connect a visit to an order (Amplitude, and our own short-lived cookie for this);
- help prevent card fraud (Stripe);
- protect the site from attacks (Cloudflare).
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not show you adverts based on what you do here.
Who else sees your information
We share only what each company needs to do its job for us:
- Stripe takes your payment. We never see or store your full card number.
- Brevo sends our order and account emails.
- Kit keeps our mailing list and sends the guides and offers you ask for.
- Amplitude provides our analytics and session recording.
- Cloudflare delivers the site and protects it from abuse.
- Google supplies the site’s typeface from its font servers, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads.
- Our supplier and delivery companies receive your name, delivery address and phone number so they can get your order to you.
- Our hosting provider stores the website and its database on servers in Germany.
Some of these companies process information in the United States and other countries. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and tax, and to handle returns and warranty claims. We keep account details until you ask us to delete your account. We keep analytics data only for as long as it helps us improve the site.
Your choices
- You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call us on (833) 985-1918. We will keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as records of completed orders.
- You can block analytics and session recording with your browser’s privacy settings or a tracking blocker. The site still works.
- You can clear or block cookies in your browser. If you block all cookies, the cart and checkout will not work.
We will not treat you differently for using any of these choices.
Insurance
We do not bill insurance, Medicare or Medicaid, and we never send your information to an insurer.
Children
This site is for adults. Products for children are bought by a parent or carer. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Keeping it safe
The whole site uses an encrypted connection. Payments are handled by Stripe, and only the people who need your information to deal with your order can see it.
Changes
If we change how we use your information, we will update this page. It was last updated on September 24, 2026.
