Every order ships free, with no minimum spend.
Where we deliver
We deliver to street addresses in the 48 contiguous states and Washington DC.
We cannot deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO, FPO or DPO addresses, or to PO boxes. The carriers that deliver this equipment need a street address.
When it will arrive
We email you when your order ships. Once it has left the warehouse, delivery usually takes 1 to 5 business days. Larger items, such as beds, lift chairs and power chairs, can take longer. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery is to your door. It does not include carrying items inside, unpacking or assembly. If you need help setting something up, call us.
When your delivery arrives
If you can, check the carton before the driver leaves and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
If anything arrives damaged or is missing, tell us within 5 days of delivery, with photos of the item and the box. We will put it right at no cost to you.
Changing or cancelling an order
Call us the same business day you ordered. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but you can return it under our returns policy.
