30 days from delivery
You can return most items within 30 days of the day they were delivered. There is no restocking fee.
To be accepted, an item must be unused and back in its original packaging, with all its parts and paperwork.
If you changed your mind
You pay the cost of sending the item back. Once we receive it and check it, we refund the full price of the item.
If it arrived damaged, faulty or wrong
Tell us within 5 days of delivery. Please take photos of the item and of the box, including the shipping label, before you call. We will arrange the return and replace, repair or refund it at no cost to you.
What cannot be returned
- Bath and shower safety products once their packaging has been opened.
- Commodes, toilet safety products, mattresses and mattress covers once opened or used.
- Other personal-care items that touch the body, once opened.
- Anything that has been used. A used product with a fault is covered by its warranty instead, see our terms.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
These are the manufacturer’s rules for hygiene products, and we follow them. If you are not sure whether something can be returned, call us before you order.
Scooters, power chairs and products with batteries
The same 30 days apply. Batteries have to be disconnected and packed in a particular way to travel safely, so call us first and we will tell you exactly how.
How to return something
- Call us on (833) 985-1918 with your order number.
- We will give you a return authorization number and the address to send it to.
- Pack the item in its original packaging and put that inside a shipping carton. Please do not write on the product’s own box; write the return number and address on the outer carton.
Your refund
We process your refund within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the item. It goes back to the card you paid with. How long it then takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or colour, call us. The quickest way is usually to return the first item and order the one you need.
