The products
Every product in this shop is made by Drive Medical. The descriptions, measurements and specifications come from the manufacturer. Photos show the product as the manufacturer supplies it, and colours on screen can differ slightly from the real thing.
The information on this site is there to help you choose. It is not medical advice. If you are not sure a product is right for you or for the person you care for, ask your doctor, nurse or therapist first.
Your order
When you place an order you are offering to buy the products in it. The contract between us starts when we email you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is no longer available or a price was shown in error. If we cancel, we refund everything you paid.
To change or cancel an order, call us the same business day. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but you can return it under our returns policy.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. The price you pay is the price shown when you place the order. Prices can change, but never on an order already confirmed.
Some products show “Price on request”. These cannot be ordered online yet. Call us and we will confirm the price.
Payment is taken in full when you order. We accept credit and debit cards, and wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device offers them. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number.
Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout before you pay.
Insurance, HSA and FSA
We do not bill insurance, Medicare or Medicaid, and we do not submit claims for you. Every order is paid for up front.
You can pay with an HSA or FSA card, just like any other card. Your order confirmation lists each item and what you paid. Whether your plan reimburses a purchase is between you and your plan, so please check with them.
Delivery
We deliver free to street addresses in the 48 contiguous states and Washington DC. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Full details are on our shipping page.
Returns
You can return most unused items within 30 days of delivery. Some products cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons. The full policy is on our returns page.
Warranty
Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty from Drive Medical. How long it lasts depends on the product and the part, and it is stated in the product’s manual and on its page here where Drive publishes it.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage from misuse, from not following the instructions, from changes or repairs made by someone other than the manufacturer or its agents, or normal wear. Parts that wear with use, such as rubber tips, hand grips, casters, tyres and upholstery, are generally covered for a shorter time or not at all, as the product’s warranty explains.
If something goes wrong, call us with your order number. We will work with Drive Medical to repair or replace the product, or refund it. You may need a return authorization number before anything is sent back.
Using the equipment safely
Please read the manual before use, follow the assembly and adjustment instructions, and never exceed the weight capacity shown for the product. If you need help setting something up, call us.
Our responsibility to you
If a product is faulty, our responsibility is to repair it, replace it or refund what you paid for it. We are not responsible for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law that cannot be taken away.

The text and design of this site belong to Avante Shop. Product names and brand names belong to their owners. Drive Medical is a trademark of its owner.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order. These terms were last updated on September 24, 2026.
